We give you the opportunity to present yourself online and receive your first real reviews — without pressure or unnecessary expenses.
Who is “Social Start” for?
- For beginners — if you registered your company/sole trader/self-employed status within the last 6 months.
- With minimal online presence — no website, weak social media profiles, or you are just starting to learn.
- With a small client flow — on average 0–10 clients per month.
- For socially vulnerable groups — when you need an accessible start without financial pressure.
How to apply?
To apply for the “Social Start” plan, send an email with a short presentation of your business to [email protected].
What you get
This is starter access to the platform so you can structure your services online and build trust through your profile and reviews.
What the plan includes
Included
Plan contents (basic start):
- 2 slots for publishing service information;
- up to 3–5 photos;
- basic description (with a character limit);
- display in the general catalog;
- ability to receive and display real reviews.
Limitations
To keep the plan fair and manageable, it does not include:
- priority placement;
- advertising and promotion;
- SEO boosts and special badges;
- extended publishing packages.
Conditions for free access
Timeframes
The plan is free for 2 months. It may be extended up to 6 months if the profile is developing and shows real activity.

- extension: up to 6 months if the conditions are met.
What is needed for extension
To keep using the platform for free, it is important to have:
- a fully completed profile (description, contacts, city/area, services, prices/range);
- real reviews for completed services;
- an up-to-date profile (updates and replies to clients).
