“Top Master” Status
“Top Master” is a mark of trust and quality on the platform. It is awarded to service providers who consistently demonstrate a high level of service, work professionally with clients, and maintain a complete and well-structured profile.
The status cannot be purchased and is not permanent. It is reviewed regularly and may be revoked in case of violations or a decline in service quality.

Who can obtain the status?
The “Top Master” status is available to providers who meet the requirements listed below.
1) Mandatory requirements
Without meeting these requirements, the status cannot be granted:
- Fully completed profile (service descriptions, contact details, service area, prices or price ranges).
- Active profile (logins, client replies, or updates within the last 30 days).
- No serious violations or substantiated complaints.
2) Reputation and experience
The provider must meet at least 3 criteria from the list below:
- at least 5 genuine reviews;
- average rating of 4.7 or higher;
- stable work history on the platform;
- timely responses to clients;
- minimal number of cancellations or conflict situations.
3) Profile quality
The profile is also evaluated based on qualitative indicators, including:
- clear, non-generic service descriptions;
- a defined specialization or clear unique value proposition;
- structured list of services;
- real photos of completed work (if applicable).
4) Behavior and communication
The status will not be granted or may be revoked if the provider:
- communicates rudely with clients;
- ignores messages;
- systematically breaks agreements;
- misleads clients.
How is the status awarded?
- Automatically — based on performance metrics and activity;
- By request — with subsequent review.
The status is reviewed on a regular basis. In case of violations or a decline in quality, it may be revoked.
