English Teacher (C1) | Communicative approach

Hello! My name is Maria, and I’m an English teacher with 6 years of teaching experience. I’m 22 years old and my English level is C1.

I teach students in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (English is mainly used with A2+ students and higher). In my lessons, I focus on the communicative approach, which means students actively speak and use English from the very beginning.

My lessons are well-structured and engaging. I combine effective course books with my own materials to make learning practical, clear, and interesting. 

I also teach modern slang and natural expressions, differences between accents and how English is spoken in different countries and interesting facts about the language and culture.

I have a strong understanding of phonetics, so I can help you improve your pronunciation, and my own accent is American.

I truly care about my students’ progress and always try to create a supportive and comfortable atmosphere. I’m interested in your growth, and during our lessons I can be not only your teacher but also a friendly mentor who supports and motivates you.
